Google “Freshness” Algorithm
Based on Google Caffeine structure, Google has released a new algorithm update that effects over 35% of searches based on freshness of the content.
It is hard to say how this algorithm update will effect sites, but this algorithm seem to effect sites that stay active by providing fresh quality content to their users.
If you own a small static site and want to be exempt from any penalty from this algorithm update, we recommend you update your site frequently and add a blog to your website and write good quality relevant content frequently.
